and I love it. I cannot stand to stay indoors anymore, expecially since I don't really have the time or energy to keep up with the housework. Nothing worse than staying home and feeling like your house is just not that clean. So we went to the park today and it was fun.
I am in my early 50’s. They say 50 is the new 30, ha! Sometimes 50 feels like 60. I live in northern NJ. Married for 27+ years to a real sweatheart. Have 2 adult children that I can’t complain about but usually do. I have a beautiful grand daughter that has brought new meaning to my life. Stopped working to watch her and she is now 4. I have recently been blessed with grand son. I do not consider myself retired because at some time I may decide to go back to work (outside the house). Staying home is very hard work and was a very big adjustment. I am starting to get used to it. I use my crafts as my escape. I crochet and know how to knit but have not knit anything in over a year. Lately I have started to play with paper and have done a few scrapbook pages and hope to make some cards soon. I used to sew when I was a teenager and would like to try it again. My biggest problem, like everyone else, is not enough time.
